REPAIR SERVICE
Computers and Laptops are received every day with faults ranging from slow running to not starting at all! Some require repair or replacement of hardware, others software and file correction or most commonly removal of malware and virus infections with the subsequent repair of damage.
The majority of repairs are turned around within two working days and a fixed price menu ensures that every customer is kept informed of the final cost. If after diagnostics, further work is required, a phone call is made with a quotation before commencement of work.
Standard repairs are based on a fixed price menu starting from £29.
Site callouts are priced with respect to the distance and time required, these generally start at £49 for local visits which includes travel and one hour at the premises. These visits are generally for broadband, email, software, printing and network issues whilst hardware faults, upgrades and diagnosis
CONSULTANCY SERVICE
