Some require either repair or replacement of hardware, others software and file correction or removal of malware or virus infections. Jargon-free and qualified advice is available for upgrades or purchasing a new computer or laptop. We take the time to listen!
The majority of repairs are turned around within two working days and a fixed price menu ensures that every customer is kept informed of the final cost. If after diagnostics, further work is required, a phone call is made before commencement of work. We are the local resource for computing in the Scottish Borders...........
